Overview

As Senior Product Owner, you translate product strategy into executable initiatives and ensure delivery of customer value in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment. You work closely with Product Management, Engineering, UX, and customer-facing teams to align priorities and drive measurable outcomes. You own the execution layer, converting strategy into epics, user stories, and release-ready increments. You shape backlog decisions, balancing customer needs with technical realities. Verantwortungsbereiche

Convert customer and market insights into clear problem statements and backlog priorities
Maintain a structured view of feedback, defects, and adoption signals within the product area
Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Support, and Professional Services to validate needs
Contribute domain expertise to product discovery and validation activities
Own and prioritize a value-driven backlog aligned with roadmap objectives
Define and refine epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and non-functional requirements
Drive backlog refinement, sprint readiness, and dependency management
Make day-to-day product decisions within the product strategy
Ensure solutions meet quality, usability, scalability, security, compliance, and performance requirements
Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, UX, QA, Product Marketing, and Support to align on priorities
Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs to stakeholders
Support customer engagements, workshops, pilots, and product demonstrations
Monitor product performance, adoption, and feedback for continuous improvement
Stay informed about Workforce Management, AI, LLMs, and agent-based technologies
Contribute insights to pricing, packaging, and monetization discussions

Zentrale Anforderungen

5+ years as a Product Owner in agile B2B SaaS, ideally in Workforce Management, HR Tech, or enterprise software
Strong technical foundation and ability to collaborate with Engineering and Architecture
Proven experience turning product strategy into prioritized backlogs and delivery
Solid understanding of agile product development, backlog management, and requirements engineering
Customer-centric mindset balancing user, business, and technical needs
Familiarity with AI technologies including LLMs and agent-based solutions
Experience with Jira or comparable product management tools
Business-fluent English
