Overview

In this role you will help shape the store of the future by building an AI-powered frontline app. You’ll work in autonomous squads to translate customer challenges into tangible product outcomes. You will collaborate with engineering, design, and co-innovation customers across countries to move ideas from concept to production. This hands-on role emphasizes direct customer impact and rapid iteration in a fast-paced retail context. You’ll join a mission-driven, AI-native team focused on practical, scalable solutions.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Drive development of an AI-powered store associate app (agentic-first, mobile)
Work in newly formed AI-native squads with 24/7 agentic AI support
Collaborate with engineering, design, and co-innovation customers across countries
Take ideas from concept to production and shape product vision
Conduct on-site discovery workshops with customers and translate challenges into a growing product
Engage directly with customers to build, validate, and refine what ships
Hands-on product building and direct delivery rather than distant management

Zentrale Anforderungen

3–5 years of experience in product or UX roles within retail tech or enterprise software
Hands-on builder mindset and ability to operate with high autonomy
Proven ability to engage directly with customers and facilitate discovery workshops
Entrepreneurial mindset with track record of driving initiatives end-to-end
Strong interest in frontline-worker UX and translating observations into requirements and user stories
Solid technical fluency: cloud-native architectures, AI fundamentals, and agentic AI concepts
Experience with product analytics and experimentation
Proficiency with modern AI-native tooling and rapid-prototyping platforms (e.g., Lovable, v0, Figma Make) and data analytics platforms (Databricks, Qlik)
Strong English communication skills
