Senior Production Manager

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with development teams to surface production challenges, risks, and high-priority needs
• Establish consistent reporting frameworks that give leadership accurate and actionable visibility into projects
• Support key operating rhythms, including studio reviews and executive forums
• Translate strategic initiatives into actionable plans and ensure alignment across production, product, finance, and partner teams
• Document and standardize effective production processes, tools, and workflows, and reduce operational friction across the portfolio
• Provide advisory support and develop frameworks that help teams navigate ambiguity and complex production challenges

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in game development or game publishing
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly
• Experience working in cross-functional, collaborative environments
• Proven ability to manage ambiguity and drive progress in evolving situations
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities with a proactive problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable influencing without direct authority and driving change through relationships

Nice to have

• Background spanning production, product, program management, or operations
• Experience supporting executive decision-making or executive operating rhythms
• Familiarity with scaling processes and best practices across multiple teams
