Senior Professional Risk Reporting & Projects (f/m/d) - 2nd Line of Defense (part-/full-time)

As Group Risk Manager you will design and roll out a consistent Group Risk Management framework across all subsidiaries, aligned with EEX Group’s risk ambition. You will broaden group-level steering and strengthen governance by collaborating with risk, compliance, audit, and policy teams. You will help policy owners embed standards, monitoring, and remediation to strengthen accountability. You will harmonise group-wide risk reporting to provide senior management with clear, comparable insights. • Design and rollout of the group risk management framework across subsidiaries
• Expand group-level steering to ensure consistent risk management
• Support governance forums and promote cross-functional collaboration

• Several years of experience in designing governance models and implementing oversight frameworks
• Practical experience in governance, enterprise risk management, group steering, and policy-based controls
• Knowledge of operationalizing governance and risk frameworks into processes and measurable outcomes
• Strategic mindset with execution and impact drive
• Stakeholder alignment across diverse business lines, legal entities, and functional areas
• Negotiation and consensus-building skills for cross-entity alignment
• Excellent English communication (spoken and written); German is advantageous
