Humana is a $100+ billion, Fortune 50, healthcare leader dedicated to improving the health and well-being of some of the most vulnerable populations in the United States—seniors, people with disabilities, and lower‑income Americans. Humana is uniquely positioned to transform healthcare delivery by making high‑quality care more affordable, accessible, and secure through integrated healthcare services, innovative technology, and data‑driven solutions.
To help deliver on this mission, we are seeking a Senior Professional, Stars & Clinical Marketing to support development and execution of member marketing that improves Stars performance and clinical outcomes. This role will be a key day‑to‑day operator for Stars and clinical engagement work—partnering with the AVP and team Leads to translate priorities into clear plans, coordinate delivery, and keep work on track through strong tracking, measurement, and follow‑through. This position will leverage Humana’s world‑class marketing organization to drive health quality outcomes—improving member health and well‑being while strengthening Humana’s sustainable financial future.
This role is ideal for a marketer who enjoys being close to the action—turning complex business needs into organized plans, maintaining strong campaign operations, and using data to inform next steps. No two days, seasons, or campaigns will be the same, so success requires comfort with ambiguity and frequent change, a proactive approach to problem solving, and a growth mindset to continuously improve how work gets done.
Reporting to the AVP, Stars & Clinical Marketing, this position will support the AVP and Stars & Clinical Marketing team to advance priorities across the member engagement portfolio. This role will work closely with the broader Marketing organization and operators across the company that support Stars performance and clinical outcomes. This role helps ensure efforts are organized, measurable, and executed effectively—so we can help our members achieve their best health.
Location: Hybrid in‑office preferred in one of the following cities: Arlington, VA; Louisville, KY; Chicago, IL. Remote options will be considered based on role needs and candidate experience.
Travel: Occasional travel to Humana’s offices for training or meetings may be required.
