Senior Program Manager Launch Services (m/f/d)

In this role you will own and orchestrate the integrated launch schedule across missions, campaigns and sites, acting as the central coordination point between management, operations, development and production. You will translate commitments, site availability and roadmaps into an executable plan while identifying bottlenecks and risks early. You will forecast capacity and support strategic reporting to leadership, making sure execution aligns with customer commitments. • Own and maintain the integrated launch schedule across missions, campaigns, and launch sites
• Coordinate launch site bookings, flight allocations, and hardware delivery milestones
• Ensure alignment of launch plans with customer commitments and operational readiness
• Identify capability, resource constraints and bottlenecks before they impact mission execution
• Drive resolution of schedule conflicts, critical path issues, and execution risks
• Develop launch forecasts and capacity planning to support operational and commercial objectives
• Track and report KPIs, mission performance metrics, and launch campaign costs
• Provide consolidated schedule, capacity, risk, and performance reporting to senior leadership
• Maintain a single source of truth for the launch schedule and launch capacities

• Bachelor in Aerospace Engineering
• 7+ years of proven experience in program management, project management, or operations management within a highly complex engineering environment
• Strong understanding of technical dependencies across engineering, production and operations
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to align teams around common objectives
• Outstanding communication skills with both technical and senior leadership audiences
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and execution focus
• Professional proficiency in English
