Overview

A Snapshot of Your Day As a Senior Program Manager within the Project Learning (PLE) organization, you shape the project management learning landscape across Siemens Energy. Your day spans strategic program steering, collaborating with global stakeholders, designing and improving PM learning experiences, overseeing PM Academy content, and ensuring that training initiatives deliver measurable impact. You engage with PMOs, business leaders, and subject-matter experts, drive digital learning innovation, and translate learning needs into actionable development programs that strengthen project excellence across the company.

How You’ll Make An Impact

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic design, evolution, and execution of the global PM Learning & Development (L&D) program, ensuring it strengthens PM capabilities across Siemens Energy.
  • Manage end-to-end training initiatives—from needs assessment and curriculum design to rollout, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
  • Enhance and maintain the PM Academy and related PM learning platforms, ensuring content stays relevant, engaging, and aligned with organizational partners.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to harmonize PM methodologies, develop best practices, and drive consistent PM skill development across business units.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, Business, Education, or related fields.
  • 8+ years of experience in project/program management with focus on L&D or corporate training.
  • Expertise in PM methods, tools, risk management, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Experience managing international projects and working with intercultural teams.
  • Strong skills in communication, collaboration, coaching, and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to design, deliver, and improve large-scale corporate learning programs.
  • Strong analytical mindset with capabilities in data visualization and KPI-driven decision making.
