Senior Program Manager (m/f/d)

In this role you drive and oversee a broad portfolio of strategic projects within Valeo’s autonomous and connected mobility ecosystem. You coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple sites to ensure profitability, quality and readiness, while managing resources, budgets and program changes. You will influence project governance, escalate issues, and coach project managers to strengthen PM capabilities. • Manage and coordinate large, strategic program portfolios with cross-site teams
• Ensure profitability, quality and Production Preparation targets across projects
• Allocate and arbitrate resources with function support
• Escalate and resolve project issues requiring cross-functional input
• Validate team activities and propose milestone-aligned timing scenarios
• Lead program governance and decision processes, including PSC/PMC reporting
• Maintain program scope, budgets and changes (internal and customer)
• Ensure Design to Cost methodology application and compliance with Valeo standards
• Coach P1/P2 project managers and contribute to PM methodology improvements
• Manage customer communications and keep stakeholders updated on progress
• Promote Valeo values and health, safety and environmental standards
• Drive crisis management, risk mitigation and program risk escalation
• Support development of PM reporting and lead program/system project teams
• Prepare/validate program development progress for governance stages
