Senior Programme Manager - Land

As Senior Programme Manager for Helsing's Land domain, you lead senior stakeholder engagements and coordinate cross-functional delivery across engineering, commercial, and operations. You own roadmaps, dashboards, and KPI tracking to ensure milestones and contractual obligations are met. You surface risks early and drive improvements that protect delivery timelines. • Be the primary contact for senior customer and partner stakeholders and manage relationships across the programme to ensure commitments are met at each milestone
• Maintain and update programme roadmaps and steering dashboards, tracking KPIs across engineering milestones and contractual obligations
• Manage commercial engagement within the programme, identify opportunities, support proposals, and align delivery with value propositions
• Coordinate engineering, commercial and operational workstreams, aligning contributors to challenges over monthly to quarterly timelines
• Monitor programme risks with a proactive approach and recommend structured course corrections to leadership before timelines are affected

• Experience delivering day-to-day operations for a full programme in defence, aerospace, automotive or engineering, with exposure to defence customers or procurement
• Proven ability to build and own senior stakeholder relationships in a multi-party environment with commercial awareness
• Experience developing steering mechanisms, dashboards and risk frameworks, translating performance into decision-ready leadership reporting
• Hold a PMP certification or equivalent, or actively working towards one, applying structured project management in high-accountability settings
• Fluency in English and German (C1), willingness to travel regularly, and ability to meet national security clearance requirements
