Senior Programme Manager, Maritime leads Helsing’s naval-and-defence partnerships and customer programmes. You shape strategy and roadmaps for maritime defence initiatives, engaging navies, armed forces, and industry partners. You drive end-to-end programmes from early engagement to delivery, balancing technical, ethical, and geopolitical considerations. You work with government, industry and internal teams to deliver high-impact programmes that advance Helsing’s mission in defence AI.

• Shape and execute Helsing's market strategy, vision and roadmap for maritime defence programmes
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with navies, armed forces and industry partners
• Take end-to-end ownership for complex defence programmes from early engagements to on-time delivery
• Lead programmes with government customers, industry partners and internal stakeholders
• Own strategic campaigns and coordinate activities to align with Helsing's strategic goals

• Track record of leading complex programmes across business development and delivery within defence, government or related professional services
• Maritime defence domain knowledge gained through experience or education in relevant areas
• End-to-end ownership of strategic challenges from initial engagement to completion
• Strong communication and collaboration with senior government, armed forces and industry stakeholders
• Eligibility to meet national security clearance requirements in the applicable country
