As Programme Manager for Mission Systems, you will lead delivery for a high-stakes, multi-discipline aircraft programme. Own the programme rhythm across engineering and product leadership, facilitating decision forums with rigour and tracking outcomes
Translate Mission Systems requirements (Mission Sensor and Mission Communication Systems) into lean delivery plans
Build and sustain strategic relationships with external aerospace industry partners to accelerate aircraft development
Identify and resolve friction at team interfaces, establishing effective ways of working between organisations
Coordinate across software development, systems engineering, and mission systems disciplines to maintain coherence and momentum
