Senior Project Engineer Building / Ventilation technology (m/f/d)

In this role you steer planning and execution of complex conversion projects for pharmaceutical production facilities, focusing on ventilation, media technology and cleanroom expansion. You act as the local contact between customers, subcontractors and internal project teams, guiding meetings and leading project delivery. You will shape conversions in existing cleanrooms or production facilities, manage cost planning and evaluate offers. • Lead project team and participate in customer meetings
• Plan, conceive, and realize conversions in cleanrooms or pharma facilities
• Create functional and service descriptions
• Determine costs and perform price comparisons
• Technically evaluate offers
• Schedule and control project costs

• Completed technical studies in civil engineering, supply engineering, environmental protection technology, etc.
• Good understanding of GMP environment (clean room, process tech, commissioning, qualification)
• Several years of experience in cleanroom technology with focus on ventilation and air conditioning (advantage)
• Knowledge of standards and VOB (advantage)
• Strong communication, flexibility, team player
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Fluent German and English
