In this role, you will lead the CSA scope on a high-value data centre project, coordinating civil, structural, and architectural works on site. You will align with the delivery team to meet programme, quality, and safety targets while managing interfaces with design, MEP, and commissioning teams. The position combines hands-on site leadership with cross-disciplinary collaboration to ensure successful project delivery. This is a senior, site-based opportunity on a flagship data centre, offering international exposure and a pivotal role in shaping complex construction outcomes.

• Managing and coordinating civil, structural, and architectural works on site
• Overseeing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered to specification
• Supporting the development and management of the construction programme
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Reviewing drawings, specifications, and technical submissions
• Coordinating with design, MEP, and commissioning teams to ensure interface management
• Managing RFIs, technical queries, and site instructions
• Supporting inspections, testing, and handover activities
• Reporting progress and issues to senior project leadership

• Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
• Significant experience in a Project Engineer or Site Engineer role with a main contractor
• Strong background in CSA delivery on large-scale projects
• Excellent understanding of construction methodologies and sequencing
• Strong technical, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in fast-track, high-quality build environments
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across disciplines
• Willingness to be site-based in Frankfurt (relocation or expat package typically available)
