Senior Project Manager - (Germany)

About The Job

As a Senior Project Manager at Greenjets, you will be the driving force behind the delivery of high‑profile projects and the development of new and exciting Greenjets products. You will have exceptional people management skills and a full kit bag of effective project management tools and control methods. You will employ established project management principles, building rigour into delivery schedules and proactively managing risk.

You will have strong leadership skills and an inquisitive nature to build trust and understanding across multifunctional teams. You will be comfortable with uncertainty and be an excellent communicator in all directions, keeping stakeholders both inside and outside the organization regularly briefed on project status, progress and plans.

What You'll Do

Project Delivery / Product Development

• Lead and manage a portfolio of projects and products
• Plan and oversee the full project lifecycle, from initiation to close‑out
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Define scope, deliverables, and milestones aligned with client and business goals
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, production, and testing activities
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety, and quality requirements
• Manage stakeholder communication (clients, suppliers, internal teams)
• Provide progress reports, forecasts, and performance updates
• Oversee change control and support continuous improvement

Business Development

• Support business development activities, including bids, pricing, contract reviews, and client engagement

Desirable Qualifications, Experience & Attributes

• Strong project planning and delivery
• Leadership and team management abilities
• Proficient in project management software tools or applications
• Delivering complex projects to tight timelines
• Strong commercial awareness and contract management experience
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is required
