Senior Project Manager – SimCorp Front-to-Back Transformation

Location: Frankfurt, Germany
Contract: Full-time Contract

Skillfinder International is recruiting for an experienced Senior Project Manager with SimCorp Dimension experience to lead a large-scale Front-to-Back transformation programme .

This opportunity is ideal for a senior delivery professional with a proven track record of leading complex SimCorp programmes. Candidates must be German-speaking and able to work closely with stakeholders based in Frankfurt.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a large SimCorp Dimension Front-to-Back transformation programme.
• Establish and maintain strong project governance, planning and reporting.
• Manage programme scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Lead large Analysis & Design phases, ensuring business requirements are translated into scalable solutions.
• Coordinate business and technical workstreams across the programme.
• Engage with senior stakeholders, providing regular updates and driving key project decisions.
• Ensure successful delivery while maintaining high standards of governance and quality.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience managing large-scale SimCorp Dimension implementation or transformation programmes.
• Strong Project Management and governance expertise.
• Experience leading complex Front-to-Back programmes across Front, Middle and Back Office.
• Experience managing large Analysis & Design phases is highly desirable.
• Previous experience within investment management or financial services.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Fluent German and English communication skills are essential.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent Project Management certification is advantageous.
