Senior Project Manager – IT Infrastructure Projects EA-1384

In this role you lead complex IT infrastructure projects, focusing on data center environments, from setup to delivery. You work with cross‑functional teams, customers, and suppliers to meet time, cost, and quality goals. You’ll develop detailed plans, monitor progress, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement. • Lead IT infrastructure projects from setup to completion
• Ensure time, cost, quality, and project objectives are met
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and status reports
• Coordinate work packages and effort estimations
• Serve as central point of contact for customers, operations, suppliers, and field-service teams
• Manage stakeholder expectations and relationships
• Plan and conduct workshops and meetings
• Identify and coordinate project dependencies
• Monitor risks and implement mitigations
• Manage changes and support change management
• Track costs within approved budgets
• Manage resources and support planning
• Conduct lessons-learned and drive process improvement

• Bachelor in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent professional experience with vocational training
• IPMA Level D or equivalent project management certification
• Basic IT Service Management knowledge; ITIL Foundation desirable
• Strong knowledge of project management standards and methodologies
• German C1, English B1
• 6+ years leading IT projects with budgets > 5 million and 0.6 FTE allocation
• 6+ years IT infrastructure and migration experience with 0.6 FTE
• 4+ years data center/infrastructure project experience with 0.6 FTE
• 6+ years experience using classical, hybrid, and/or agile PM approaches
• Experience in planning, budgeting, risk/change/resource/quality/stakeholder management
• Experience with project planning documents, service descriptions, data analyses, and decision documents
