YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• In this exciting position, you will be a member of the strategy team as part of our Corporate Developmentdepartment.
• You will significantly contribute to designing and implementing Dr. Oetker’s overall strategy execution process and key measures.
• Within the company’s strategy execution process you will prioritize, support and lead complex projects and ensure that the key deliverables are executed regarding tangible results, timing and budget.
• Moreover, you will derive and present clear recommendations for action to the top management with regard to Dr. Oetker's strategic development and the execution of high priority projects in close collaboration with corporate functions and local Dr. Oetker countries.
• As key topics, you will drive and lead international projectson corporate and business strategy,performance improvement, market entry strategies and Mergers & Acquisitions.
• You will be responsible forreporting on individual projects, ad-hoc execution ofanalytical tasks, and preparation of insights for various stakeholder groups.
• You lay the path towards problem solving, bringing single pieces into a meaningful whole.
• You confidently manage complexity and act as a role model for solution-orientation, taking out unnecessary noise.
• Moreover, you will be responsible for flawless project and stakeholder management by skillfully managing relationships to actively ensure partner buy-in.
• You will have a close collaboration with other corporate functions, Dr. Oetker countries as well as external strategy and M&A consultants.

WHAT YOU BRING

• You have a master’s degree and at least 5 years of professional work experience in management consulting or in corporate functions such as corporate development or corporate strategy in an international organization.
• You are very analytical, results driven, reliable and well-organized. Besides that, you are a problem solver who independently identifies, structures and solves complex problems.
• Moreover, you have gained deep knowledge in project management and project implementation in an international environment.
• You are experienced in stakeholder management at senior management level and have a proven track record in leading and developing small teams.
• You show enthusiasm for corporate and business development as well as performance improvement, value creation and change programs.
• Your interpersonal and communications skills are excellent, and you know how to win people’s trust.
• You have a hands‑on mentality and a passion for excellence.Furthermore, you are able to “see the bigger picture” and get to the heart of issues rapidly.
• You are an independent, self‑motivated and curious character that is willing to work in a fast‑paced and performance‑driven working workplace including temporary international assignments.
• You desire to work in a transparent, collaborative and dynamic team environment.
