The Role & Responsibilities

The Senior Project Manager will take ownership across multiple development stages, with a strong emphasis on flexibility and cross-functional involvement.

Core responsibilities include

• Identification and evaluation of new project opportunities and sites
• Management of projects through development, permitting, and pre-construction phases
• Securing land and negotiating agreements with landowners
• Managing relationships with municipalities, authorities, and stakeholders
• Leading and supporting contract negotiations
• Organising and representing the company at public and community events
• Driving projects forward in a solution-oriented and independent manner

Candidate Profile

The business is intentionally open in terms of background but is prioritising individuals who bring a practical, adaptable mindset and relevant project exposure.

Key requirements

• Experience in wind (ideally) or renewable energy project development
• Exposure to multiple stages of project development
• Ability to work independently within a small team
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Solution-oriented and proactive approach
• Willingness to take on varied responsibilities beyond a fixed scope
