Senior Project Manager – Strategic Initiatives

• Own end-to-end project management for assigned corporate strategic initiatives.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, workback schedules, RACI matrices, risk registers, and status dashboards.
• Coordinate effectively across multiple business functions.
• Prepare and facilitate working sessions and project reviews.
• Maintain program health dashboards and consolidated reporting across the project portfolio.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree directly related to the position or equivalent, required.
• Minimum seven years experience in project or program management.
• 3 years in mortgage, financial services, or highly regulated industry.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of mortgage origination and/or servicing operations.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
