• Lead proposal planning and timeline management.
• Ensure compliance management, mapping, and tracking.
• Develop and rewrite content using existing materials.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years as a Senior Proposal Manager for Federal contractors.
• Demonstrated track record of winning Federal proposals for DoD or civilian agencies.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with ability to ensure compliance.

Requirements

• Secret clearance eligible and US citizenship required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to coordinate technical contributors and color team reviews.
