Senior QA/QC Engineer - Electrical (m/f/d)

In this role you ensure electrical installations meet project specs, standards, and EU directives across Germany. You will lead inspections, document findings, and drive corrective actions within multidisciplinary engineering projects. You’ll test and evaluate electrical systems to verify safety, reliability, and performance, contributing to compliant, high-quality outcomes for complex builds. • Conduct quality inspections of electrical systems, wiring, components, and installations to verify compliance with project specifications and standards
• Document inspection findings, discrepancies, non-conformities, and corrective actions; generate reports with recommendations
• Perform functional tests and performance evaluations of electrical systems and components using specialized equipment
• Ensure compliance with EU directives and EN standards (LVD, EMC, Machinery Directive) across installations and components

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Several years of hands-on construction experience performing inspections and evaluating compliance
• Experience in data centers, high-tech, or similar complex construction environments
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring, distribution panels, and control systems
• Proficiency with power tools, testing equipment, test lamps, measuring devices; ability to interpret drawings and schematics
• Advanced knowledge of EU directives and EN standards relevant to electrical systems (LVD, EMC)
• Very good English; German is advantageous
• Willingness to travel within Germany; excellent communication with diverse stakeholders
