In this Senior Quantity Surveyor role, you drive the commercial delivery of a flagship data centre project in Frankfurt. You will steer cost control, procurement, and financial reporting, collaborating with senior stakeholders to maximise value. The position shapes commercial outcomes on a large-scale build within a Tier 1 contractor environment. You’ll lead the commercial function, mentor junior team members, and play a key role in risk and opportunity management. • Lead all commercial activities across the project lifecycle
• Manage subcontractor procurement, negotiations, and accounts
• Oversee cost reporting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Lead cost value reconciliation (CVR) and monthly reporting
• Manage variations, claims, and change control processes
• Provide commercial support to project and site teams
• Identify and mitigate commercial risks and opportunities
• Ensure contract compliance and manage contractual obligations
• Oversee preparation and agreement of final accounts
• Mentor and support junior commercial team members

• 7+ years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role
• Proven experience at Senior QS level on large construction projects
• Strong background with Tier 1 contractors or major projects
• Experience delivering data centre or mission-critical projects
• Excellent knowledge of contract management and cost control
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple packages and commercial priorities
