Senior Real Estate Investment Sales Advisor – m/f/d

Provide tailored investment advice to individual clients, primarily in real estate investments but also for ETF plans. Analyse and help select attractive energy-efficient property projects with strong return potential. Support especially high-net-worth clients in understanding and maximizing the benefits of new depreciation rules and KfW subsidies. Build and maintain client relationships, providing ongoing support and investment updates. Prepare detailed investment proposals and financial projections and present them to clients. Help develop services that transform real estate investments into turnkey investment solutions for busy clients.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in finance, real estate, tax law, banking, or a related field.
At least two years of experience in real estate, finance, mortgage lending, or a closely related advisory role.
Solid understanding of (real estate) investments and their tax implications, with the willingness and ability to deepen your knowledge and understand client issues.
Strong affinity for financial solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills, with fluent German and English.
Proven experience managing and growing client portfolios.
Hands‑on mentality, passion, and attention to detail in your work.
Enthusiasm for using technology to solve problems.
