Senior Recruitment Consultant (m/f/d)

Your mission

• You will be responsible for the sustainable operational and strategic development and expansion of our Life Science division within your area.


• As a Recruitment Consultant in 360° Recruitment, you will serve as the link between clients and candidates.


• You will plan your business independently and set yourself ambitious goals.


• By consistently nurturing your network, you will expand your own candidate portfolio and acquire new clients.


• Your strong communication skills will help you build lasting relationships with existing clients.


• You will lead by example through your own performance and make a significant contribution to your team’s revenue.


• You will independently negotiate contracts with your clients and candidates.

Your profile

• You have at least two years of experience in the recruitment industry or several years of relevant sales experience.


• You have a proven track record of success in sales and are motivated to build and grow your business with us.


• Ideally, you have already gained initial leadership experience.

• You have a completed university degree, vocational training with professional experience, or an equivalent qualification.


• You are fluent in German and English and have strong negotiation skills.


• Strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and a high level of self-motivation round out your profile.
