Senior Regional Marketing Manager

Stellenbeschreibung:

Develop and implement a regional business development plan
Work directly with OEMs, customers and distribution partners
Own the regional pricing strategy
Lead and manage RFQs and commercial negotiations
Define and implement sales strategies
Identify new business opportunities through market leadership
Collaborate with sales to drive revenue generation
Collect and analyze market information to support growth decisions

Requirements

Solid foundation in marketing, business development and pricing strategies
Experience in semiconductors, power electronics or wide-bandgap technologies (GaN / SiC) is a plus
Understanding of global semiconductor markets, supply chains and customer systems
Experience with business intelligence and data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Spotfire)
Strong ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies
Excellent negotiation, influencing and decision‑making skills
Strong analytical mindset with a structured problem‑solving approach
Highly motivated, results‑oriented and entrepreneurial
Strong communication and storytelling skills for technical and commercial audiences
Customer‑focused with the ability to work in fast‑paced, evolving markets
