Senior Reporting Services Analyst (f/m/d) REMIT Reporting (part-/full-time)

In this role you ensure smooth, accurate REMIT-transaction reporting within the regulatory data ecosystem. You perform deep-dive analyses and monitor data flows to secure timely submissions, while coordinating report setup, delivery, and invoicing. You collaborate with IT and stakeholders to fix errors, assess regulatory changes, and translate requirements into IT developments, with strong focus on compliance and a trusted reporting environment. You’ll work in a dynamic, international team and contribute to ongoing projects and knowledge sharing.

• Conduct deep-dive analyses and daily operational monitoring of data flows and reporting processes (REMIT-Transaction reporting focus)
• Ensure timely, high-quality data submissions and coordinate report setup, delivery, and invoicing
• Analyse reporting errors, initiate corrective actions, and collaborate with IT and internal stakeholders
• Assess regulatory changes and evaluate their impact on reporting applications; trigger system adjustments
• Write clear business requirements for IT development and validate new functionalities through testing during releases and hotfixes
• Support ongoing projects and release activities; respond to customer and stakeholder requests
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and maintain high standards of regulatory compliance

• Completed university degree or completed apprenticeship in banking or insurance sector
• Experience in regulatory reporting (REMIT experience is a plus but not required)
• Analytical mindset; structured, precise, and collaborative working style
• Enjoy direct interaction with clients

• Fluency in German and English
