Stellenbeschreibung:

Senior Resource Analyst

Contract: Fixed‑term (18 months)

Part Time: 0.6 FTE

Are you an experienced workforce or resource planning professional who thrives on using data to influence senior decision making? Do you enjoy shaping how organisations deploy talent to meet business demand?

We’re looking for a Senior Resource Analyst to play a critical role in how Oxera plans, deploys and develops its people. This is a high impact role for someone with strong experience in workforce analytics, resourcing or capacity planning, who is confident operating at a senior stakeholder level.

Why this role matters

Sitting within our HR Resourcing team, the Senior Resource Analyst is central to Oxera and our HR data and technology transformation. As business demand increases and evolves, high quality workforce insight is essential to ensuring we deliver for clients while building a sustainable and engaged workforce.

In this role, you’ll provide expert analysis and trusted advice to leaders across the organisation. By translating complex workforce data into clear, actionable insight, you’ll influence decisions that balance delivery, development and long‑term capability.

What you’ll do

  • Providing advanced, proactive analysis to support operational and strategic resourcing decisions
  • Anticipating capacity risks and resourcing constraints, and developing scenarios to inform workforce planning
  • Translating complex workforce data into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders and leadership forums
  • Partnering closely with project managers and Centre of Excellence (CoE) leads to align project demand with available capability and skills
  • Monitoring, reporting on and improving internal mobility and deployment through our Internal Marketplace processes
  • Acting as a trusted advisor on resource optimisation, workforce planning and utilisation across the business

What success looks like

  • Delivery teams consistently have the right capability and capacity at the right time
  • Improved visibility, predictability and control of resource commitments across the organisation
  • Well‑managed internal moves that support development without compromising client delivery
  • Senior leaders rely on your insight to make informed workforce and resourcing decisions

What we’re looking for

This role is suited to someone with significant, hands on experience in workforce analytics, resourcing or capacity planning, who is comfortable working in a complex, fast paced environment.

You’ll bring:

  • Strong, demonstrable experience analysing and interpreting workforce or people data to support business decisions
  • A proven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders using evidence‑based insight
  • Experience partnering with operational, project or functional leaders to balance delivery, utilisation and development
  • A pragmatic, commercially minded approach, with strong attention to governance, accuracy and accountability
  • A high level of integrity and discretion, with experience handling sensitive people data

We’re particularly interested in candidates with backgrounds in:

  • Workforce or capacity planning
  • Resource management or deployment in professional services
  • HR analytics or people insight
  • Operational or financial planning with a strong workforce dimension

This role offers:
