Senior Retail Performance Marketing Manager

Our client, Front Row, helps leading brands accelerate their ecommerce growth through digital advertising, retail media expertise, and proprietary technology.

Tasks

• Develop and execute retail media and omnichannel performance marketing strategies
• Manage and optimize campaigns across retail media networks and platforms (e.g. Amazon, OTTO, eBay, Walmart, Criteo, CitrusAd)
• Analyze campaign performance and derive actionable optimization measures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing activities with business goals
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and new retail media opportunities
• Drive innovation and contribute to the development of retail media best practices
• Support and mentor junior team members

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in Performance Marketing with a focus on Retail Media
• Hands‑on experience with retail media platforms such as Amazon Advertising, Criteo, CitrusAd, Walmart, eBay, OTTO, or similar
• Proven track record of managing successful, ROI‑driven campaigns
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
• Proactive, self‑driven, and eager to continuously learn
• Fluent English skills; additional languages are a plus
• Ownership of exciting client projects
