Senior Revenue Intelligence Analyst

As a Senior Revenue Intelligence Analyst focused on Customer Excellence, you own end-to-end revenue analytics across the customer journey and deliver predictive insights via KPI frameworks and Board-ready dashboards. You partner with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to enable data-driven decisions at leadership level. The role is remote from Germany and emphasizes ownership, cross-functional impact, and scalable analytics that inform GTM strategy and post-sales optimization.

• Oversee end-to-end revenue analytics from lead generation to retention and expansion across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Excellence
• Monitor and report Customer Excellence KPIs (NRR, GRR, NPS, churn, utilization rate, time-to-value)
• Build predictive models for revenue forecasting, renewals, churn risk, and upsell potential
• Lead quarterly and annual revenue planning with Finance and revenue leadership
• Create Board-ready and self-serve dashboards for GTM teams to access performance insights
• Define KPI frameworks linking leading and lagging indicators across the revenue lifecycle
• Respond to Board and executive data requests and recommend actions on territories, quotas, and resource allocation

• Track record delivering cross-functional revenue analytics in RevOps, BI, or analytics roles impacting Marketing, Sales, and post-sales teams
• Experience building forecasting or predictive models across the customer lifecycle
• Advanced SQL and Excel skills, plus Python or R, and dashboard development in Tableau, Power BI, or similar
• Solid understanding of revenue systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Customer Success platforms)
• Strong communication: presenting complex data as business narratives to executives and influencing stakeholders
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
