Senior Revenue Operations Manager (m/f/d)

In this role you will elevate revenue forecasting to a leadership-level tool and standardize GTM performance metrics. You will turn pipeline data into actionable insights and act as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You will drive cross-functional execution and RevOps initiatives that shape revenue outcomes in a fast-growing security and compliance company. • Own and enhance revenue forecasting as a trusted leadership tool
• Define and maintain core GTM performance metrics and reporting standards
• Translate pipeline data into actionable insights for executive decisions
• Identify and mitigate risks early with GTM leaders
• Create a single, trusted view of performance across the full revenue funnel
• Improve GTM processes to boost speed, clarity, and execution
• Challenge assumptions and elevate the commercial bar across the org
• Lead high-impact RevOps initiatives from insight to measurable outcomes
• Act as a strategic sparring partner to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success

• 5+ years in Revenue, Sales, or Commercial Operations
• Senior IC capable of influencing without formal authority
• Deep understanding of full customer lifecycle and GTM processes
• Proven forecasting and pipeline management ownership
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Gong, plus Tableau or similar BI tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent executive-level stakeholder communication
• Strong project and cross-functional coordination skills
