The Senior Revenue Enablement Program Manager supports Granicus’s Global Revenue organization by assessing, designing, and leading enablement programs and strategic initiatives that improve go-to-market readiness, customer health, and revenue growth. This role serves as a strategic partner across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Revenue Operations, and Revenue Leadership to build scalable enablement programs, tools, and solutions that accelerate performance across the customer lifecycle.
This individual will own high-impact enablement initiatives tied to Granicus’s most strategic growth priorities, including seller readiness, customer success capability development, and the design and reinforcement of strategic customer engagement motions—primarily through strategic reviews that improve account health, retention, expansion, and long‑term customer value.
This role will play a critical part in enabling key go-to-market motions, including Granicus’s GXA GTM strategy, ensuring field readiness, adoption, and consistent execution across Sales and Customer Success teams.
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in revenue enablement, strategic program leadership, and cross-functional stakeholder management, with the ability to translate business priorities into scalable programs that drive measurable outcomes.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Revenue Enablement and will partner closely with Customer Success leadership and the Sr Manager, Revenue Leadership Enablement to align enablement priorities across the customer lifecycle.
This role requires up to 10% travel, including overnight stays, within the US to deliver in‑person training sessions and attend revenue enablement events. Travel schedules will be communicated in advance.
Responsible for Granicus information security by appropriately preserving the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability (CIA) of Granicus information assets in accordance with the company's information security program.
