Senior Sales Executive, Embedded Solutions (EMEA)

Physical AI is built on a resilient data layer, and that layer is built by Tuxera. As AI moves out of the data center and into vehicles, robots, and industrial systems, the infrastructure underneath has to be deterministic and corruption-proof. If the data layer fails, the intelligence layer fails with it. That layer is what we own. Our embedded software runs in over 500 million devices, from smart meters to satellites, in systems where failure is not an option.

We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to grow our embedded business across EMEA.

The role

You own the full sales cycle for Tuxera’s embedded portfolio, file systems, software flash controllers, and secure networking, selling to OEMs, Tier 1s, and system integrators. You win new design-ins and expand existing accounts across one of our core verticals: automotive and software-defined vehicles, physical AI and robotics, industrial automation, medical, aerospace and defense, and energy.

What you will do

• Own the full cycle: prospecting, qualification, technical scoping, proposal, negotiation, close.
• Win design-time decisions. In embedded, the file system and flash layer are chosen at design and stay for the life of the product. The sale happens before the device ships, and retrofitting fielded units is not an option.
• Sell the portfolio, not a single product. Position file systems, flash management and secure networking as one data layer.
• Grow existing OEM accounts through new programs and higher device volumes, alongside new logos.
• Work with product and engineering to scope and quote complex integrations. Qualify volume, licensee structure, and product scope before any quote.
• Report pipeline, forecast, and competitive intelligence with MEDDPICC-level discipline.

What you bring

• Embedded or technical software sales experience selling to OEMs, Tier 1s, or silicon and hardware makers.
• A track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder technical deals against quota.
• Fluency across engineering and executive audiences. You can talk power-fail safety with a firmware engineer and then frame the business case to a CTO or procurement lead.
• Working understanding of the embedded stack: file systems, flash memory, RTOS and embedded Linux, edge compute, and functional safety and certification.
• Direct experience in one or more of our verticals: automotive and SDV, robotics and physical AI, industrial automation, medical, aerospace and defense, or energy.

Helpful, not required

• Existing OEM or Tier 1 relationships in EMEA.
• Exposure to safety certification (ISO 26262, IEC 61508, DO-178C) or to flash and storage technology.
• Understanding of design-win, royalty-based software licensing.
