You are at home in international B2B sales, think commercially and know how to turn complex customer requirements into successful business relationships? Then join our Sales team in Leipzig.

As Senior Sales Manager, you will develop existing customer relationships, win new business and successfully position our combined Cell Testing and Module Testing portfolio in the market. You will connect customers and market needs with our teams in Leipzig and The Hague.

Your responsibilities

• Acquiring new customers and strategically developing existing customer relationships and accounts
• Provide commercial and solution-oriented advice to international customers on our Cell Testing and Module Testing portfolio
• Create enthusiasm for our solutions, foster direct exchange with our teams and actively connect customers with our Leipzig site
• Prepare quotations, manage pricing and lead commercial negotiations
• Independently manage the complete sales process from first customer contact through to successful closing
• Take responsibility for your own pipeline management and sales forecasting
• Work closely with Engineering, Product Management, Project Management and Customer Service as well as the international Sales and marketing team
• Monitor market, customer and competitor developments and identify new business opportunities
• Visit customers internationally and represent us at trade fairs, conferences and industry events, predominantly in Europe but not exclusively Europe

Your background

• Several years of solid international B2B sales experience at senior level
• Experience with long and complex products and sales processes cycles
• What matters is your strong sales background, not a technical or scientific degree
• Strong commercial mindset and a good understanding of customer needs, business opportunities and company interests
• Proven experience in new customer acquisition, account development, pricing and commercial negotiations
• Confident communication, strong networking skills and the ability to connect with different people and interests
• Very good German and English skills
• Willingness to travel internationally for customer visits and business
• Experience in the solar industry is a plus, not a must
