Senior Sales Partner – Fixed-Term Contract

Develop and execute agency-focused sales for Germany to deliver revenue targets and exceed client expectations
Build and maintain relationships with a major Agency Holding group and related agencies to secure advertising partnerships and drive revenue growth
Develop long-term relationships with senior clients within assigned portfolios
Develop sales strategies and plans for the assigned account portfolio
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver advertising campaigns successfully
Leverage Netflix's audience insights and premium content offerings to drive revenue growth
Monitor market trends and competitor activity and identify innovation opportunities
Evangelize Netflix among C-level advertisers, including CMOs, CDOs, and Media Directors
Jointly drive Netflix Advertising opportunities with agency partners, client leaders, and internal teams
Work with Measurement Leads to develop measurement solutions for client needs
Drive necessary internal developments and collaborate with Ad Product, Marketing, Content, and Partnership Development teams

Requirements

~10 years of experience in advertising or media, including sales, with a proven track record of delivering revenue growth
Experience in both TV and digital advertising sales, including Programmatic
Strong knowledge of marketing and communication objectives and pillars
Ability to move easily from strategic thinking to operational tasks
Deep understanding of Media Agencies/Holding Companies and an established senior-level relationship network
A degree of people management experience is preferable
Strong analytical, strategic, and creative capabilities and judgment
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively cross-functionally
Comfortable with risk, uncertainty, and ambiguity when starting a new business
Autonomous
Passion for entertainment and Netflix's product is a plus
