About the Role

This position is the center of Geely Auto Germany’s commercial sales steering management. You will develop sales programs, financial and insurance tools to ensure and accelerate the sales of Geely vehicles. In performing this role, there are significant financial elements to consider and to be orchestrated.

Function

  • Set up a solid framework for reliable and scalable business case calculations across all sales channels
  • Manage and develop Geely’s credit, leasing, and insurance products to ensure the most competitive offer possible.
  • Maximize our profitability by effectively leveraging all customer segments and sales channels
  • Develop a standard for, dealer guidelines on discounts, kickbacks, marketing support, etc.
  • Develop scalable processes to measure the impact of our sales programs and evaluate their effectiveness
  • Make sure that our payments are always processed accurately and on time

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 year of proven experience in the automotive industry
  • A team‑oriented professional with a strong focus understanding and formalizing dealer standards and processes.
  • Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and capable of enabling our dealer partners to achieve structured standards, processed and performance targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in German and English.
  • Outstanding adaptability and strong intercultural competence.
  • Solid working knowledge of computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A valid German driver’s license (Class B or higher) with an acceptable driving record.
  • Legal right to work in Germany
