Senior Salesforce Developer (m/f/d)

Are you a Salesforce expert ready to take your career to the next level? We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our growing team and help shape the future of our CRM landscape across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Account Engagement.

What you’ll be doing?

• Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC (Lightning Web Components), and Flow
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs
• Work across our full Salesforce stack: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, and Account Engagement (Pardot)
• Drive continuous Salesforce improvements and platform customizations to meet evolving business needs
• Implement new features and enhancements based on business requirements and stakeholder feedback
• Develop robust error handling mechanisms to ensure platform reliability and data integrity
• Conduct system testing (unit tests, integration tests, and UAT support) to deliver stable, error‑free solutions
• Manage source control and deployments using Bitbucket or GitHub, following branching strategies and CI/CD best practices
• Use Jira as the primary ticketing system to track tasks, bugs, and feature requests across the development lifecycle
• Lead technical reviews, code reviews, and enforce development standards
• Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions

What we’re looking for

• Strong in Apex, LWC, SOQL & platform configuration
• Hands‑on with Salesforce CPQ (pricing, quoting, product setup)
• Experience with Pardot (automation, forms, scoring, CRM sync)
• Solid background in Sales & Service Cloud (cases, omni‑channel, entitlements)
• Proven track record in delivering enhancements, customisations & new features
• Skilled in debugging, testing & delivering production‑ready solutions
• Familiar with Git (Bitbucket/GitHub) & Jira in agile environments
• Experience with Salesforce DX and CI/CD deployments
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security & governor limits
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills
