Are you looking to make a career change and help shape our success story? As a member of our SAP Support Team , you’ll serve as an experienced SAP Analytics consultant for our national and international clients, providing service-oriented support ranging from second-level to third-level support . In this role, you’ll independently and proactively handle our clients’ SAP Analytics inquiries and tickets and support them in continuously optimizing their applications and processes. In addition, you’ll be responsible for developing innovative concepts to expand and customize client systems.

Your Profile

• Several years of professional experience in SAP Analytics
• Knowledge of SAP BW, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), or SAP Datasphere
• Experience with Customizing
• A confident demeanor, strong communication skills, and a high degree of self-organization
• Enjoy working as part of a team
• Fluency in German and a good command of English
