What you'll do

• Collaborate with clients to implement and optimize SAP Customer Experience solutions.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions that enhance customer interactions.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices and innovative approaches within the SAP CX landscape.
• Support project management activities, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client expectations.

Requirements

• A degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in SAP CX consulting or a similar role.
• Proficiency in SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Marketing Cloud, and SAP Sales Cloud.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP Service Cloud.
• Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages such as Java or JavaScript.

Skills & tools

• SAP Customer Experience suite (Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
• Project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Data analysis and visualization tools.
