Then take your chance – we look forward to meeting you!Your ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Consultant SAP HCM (m/f/d/x), you will take on a key role in the digitalization of HR management for our customers in both the public sector and private industry. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of complex implementation projects and play a major role in the support and continuous development of SAP HCM modules PA and OM/SW.Working closely with HR departments, IT, and project teams, you will ensure that customer requirements are efficiently and reliably implemented in the system.Your responsibilities include in particular:End-to-end consulting for our customers in SAP HCM Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM), and in the public sector also in Position Management (SW)Analysis, design, and implementation of customer requirementsImplementation of HR master data, organizational structures, and customizing of position management (planning and financing) in coordination with Finance and Controlling (FI/CO) or public sector accounting (HKR)Creation of functional concepts, technical specifications, and documentationConducting workshops, best practice presentations, and user training sessionsContributing to proposals and quality assuranceSupporting the development of junior consultantsTaking on (partial) project management responsibilitiesYour ProfileYou hold a degree in business administration, (business) informatics, industrial engineering, or have comparable experience. In addition, you bring the following qualifications:Several years of experience (at least 5 years) in SAP HCM end-to-end customer projects with a focus on PA, OM, and position managementSolid knowledge of HR processes, master data, organizational structures, and object relationshipsHands-on experience with independent customizing of SAP HCM modules and cross-module position managementExperience in the public sector and/or private industryKnowledge of dependencies with time management (PT), payroll (PY), finance and controlling (FI/CO), public sector accounting (HKR), personnel cost planning (PKP), ABAP, and SAP HR cloud applicationsStrong analytical skills, excellent consulting capabilities, and a structured working approachExperience with project management standards and agile methodologiesVery good German skills (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2)Severely disabled candidates will be given preference if equally qualified.
