Senior SAP Inhouse Consultant (m/f/d) – Sales & Service Processes

In this role, you shape and advance SAP-based sales and service processes within a global IT setup. You’ll contribute to the central SAP template and drive its international rollout across group companies, balancing strategic planning with hands-on implementation. You work closely with business and IT stakeholders worldwide to optimize ERP-integrated customer service and sales workflows. You’ll lead change initiatives, mentor teammates, and manage IT projects to deliver measurable impact. This is a high-impact position at a global, collaborative organization driving future-ready SAP solutions.

• Configure, customize, and integrate sales processes starting in SAP C/4HANA and SAP S/4HANA
• Manage and optimize ERP systems with integration to customer service tools and mobile apps
• Analyze, design, and continuously improve customer service and sales processes for efficiency and user satisfaction
• Define future-oriented solution strategies using latest SAP technologies in sales processes
• Coordinate with external partners to maintain and enhance specialized customer service solutions
• Bridge business and IT by clarifying requirements and driving change initiatives
• Mentor and support junior team members to foster knowledge sharing and growth
• Lead IT projects with responsibility for scope, timeline, and successful delivery

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a comparable field
• Extensive hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP CX solutions, especially SD, PS, and customer service modules
• Proven ERP system management, optimization, and integration experience
• Strong background in business process analysis, process improvement, and project management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional, global teams
• Willingness to travel internationally as part of a global role
