Master data that isn't reliable ends up costing far more than the time it takes to get it right. For an international manufacturing organisation headquartered in Germany, we're looking for anSenior SAP Master Data Consultant to lead a critical Master Data Fidelity Program. You'll start with a focused assessment at a pilot site, and, if the outcome is positive, roll out an improvement program across the company's European manufacturing network. An assignment of roughly two years, with real room to shape the approach yourself.

Plenty of knowledge already exists inside the organisation — it's just spread across silos. This role is about connecting it.

A leading international manufacturing company with HQ in Germany is looking for a Senior SAP Master Data Consultant to lead a critical Master Data Fidelity Program. With the ongoing implementation of IBP, S&OP and Production Planning & Detailed Scheduling (PPDS), reliable master data has become a strategic priority.

The program starts with a structured assessment of a pilot site, followed, upon positive outcome, by the design and rollout of a Master Data Fidelity Improvement Program across the company's European manufacturing network. Expected program duration: 2 years.

What You Will Do

Phase 1 - Assessment (short-term)

• Assess the current state of manufacturing master data at a pilot site
• Identify gaps, risks and root causes impacting planning reliability
• Propose a structured approach and recommendation for a broader improvement program

Phase 2 - Program Delivery (mid-term, conditional)

• Design and implement a Master Data Fidelity Improvement Program across multiple manufacturing sites
• Define master data governance, ownership and RACI structures from scratch
• Standardize processes and correct existing master data across the network
• Build, align and coach a cross-site team of master data specialists
• Connect and empower existing internal knowledge holders who are currently working in silos

Functie-eisen

Your Profile

• Senior SAP consultant with strong end-to-end expertise covering processes, master data and systems
• Proven experience with manufacturing master data: materials, BOMs, routings, work centers, set-up times
• Background in master data governance, process design and organizational change
• Experience with or solid understanding of SAP IBP, S&OP and/or PPDS is a strong advantage
• Strong coaching and stakeholder management skills - able to build and develop teams
• Comfortable working in complex, multi-site international environments
• Available for approximately 50% travel, mainly across Europe
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
