Senior SAP Project Manager

Responsible for leading end-to-end SAP S/4HANA programs, ensuring governance, stakeholder alignment, and on‑time delivery. Manages cross‑functional teams, oversees project risks, and drives successful implementation with a strong focus on the Utilities sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle SAP S/4HANA projects from initiation to BAU transition.
• Build and track project plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Establish governance and ensure compliance with SAP Activate.
• Manage scope, budget, timelines, and delivery outcomes.
• Engage and align stakeholders across all phases.
• Lead teams using Agile/Hybrid models and oversee change/risk control.
• Provide clear, timely progress updates.

Required Skills

• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience in team management, resource planning, and strategic execution.
• Solid understanding of SAP governance and risk frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• SAP S/4HANA project experience, ideally in Utilities (IS-U).
• Knowledge of SAP Activate, Agile/Hybrid delivery.
• Proficiency in PM tools (MS Project, JIRA, SolMan).
• Ability to handle complex stakeholders and regulatory environments.
