What You Bring

Completed studies in business administration, informatics, or a comparable field — or equivalent practical experience.
At least 10 years of project management experience, ideally in SAP ERP and S/4HANA transformations.
Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and related areas such as supply chain, CRM, and analytics.
Familiarity with cloud-based implementations and clean-core requirements.
PMP or equivalent certification. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. SAP Activate, Scrum, agile approaches).
Proven track record in leading large project teams and implementing strategic initiatives.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills, with strong process and industry know-how (manufacturing, telecoms, energy, electronics, healthcare).
Fluency in German and English.
Strong initiative, decision-making ability, organizational talent, and willingness to travel nationally and internationally.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Project Manager SAP, take overall responsibility for the planning and execution of complex SAP programs.
Lead international project teams, ensure project success, and drive customer satisfaction in high-impact transformation environments.
Act as the client’s strategic partner in defining and implementing business strategies, processes, and governance structures.
Assume responsibility for the technical and organizational management of large SAP programs (>50 team members).
Deliver projects with volumes up to €30 million on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.
Plan, manage, and control resources in international and multidisciplinary projects with profit & loss accountability.
Monitor project progress, report on KPIs, and document results, lessons learned, and best practices.
