Senior SAP Project Manager

In this role you will lead large SAP-driven project initiatives and manage multiple engagements for a single client, building trusted advisor relationships and delivering value across technical and business processes. You will own scoping, planning, and governance, while expanding consulting services and mentoring junior staff. The position combines onsite leadership with PMO compliance to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery that demonstrates measurable business impact.

• Lead multiple client projects simultaneously and act as onsite program lead
• Assist in pre-sales activities and expanding consulting services
• Scope, estimate, and define project deliverables and standards
• Identify consulting skills required and assemble project teams
• Manage SOW/contract, change requests, and PMO processes
• Develop and manage detailed integrated project plans with milestones
• Track, report, and communicate project performance metrics
• Manage issues, risks, scope, budgets, and client expectations
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with clients and implementation partners
• Mentor junior project managers and delivery managers
• Monitor project finances including resources, schedule, and budget
• Develop deep knowledge of implementation methodologies and best practices

• 5+ years SAP project management experience
• Experience managing complex and fixed-price SAP projects
• SAP SD, Order to Cash & Finance domain experience
• Experience in multiple SAP full lifecycle implementations
• Independent thinking with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt to changing schedules and multiple work plans
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
