What to expect

• Join transformation and application management projects within SAP IS-U and S/4HANA Utilities environments
• Work closely with customers on optimisation and digitalisation initiatives across energy sector processes
• Exposure to complex environments covering billing, device management, market communication, EDM, customer service and adjacent Utilities processes
• Strong collaboration with experienced consultants and subject matter experts
• Opportunity to actively contribute to future service offerings and innovation initiatives

Your tasks

• Advise customers within SAP IS-U / S/4HANA Utilities landscapes
• Analyse and optimise business processes within Utilities environments
• Support transformation programmes including S/4HANA migrations and implementation initiatives
• Participate in configuration, testing and process improvements
• Conduct workshops and support business stakeholders throughout project delivery
• Share knowledge internally and contribute to team development initiatives

Your profile

• Experience within SAP IS-U and/or S/4HANA Utilities environments
• Knowledge across areas such as Billing, Market Communication, Device Management, EDM or Customer Service advantageous
• Understanding of Utilities business processes and digital transformation topics
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Structured and solution-oriented working approach
• Very good German and English language skills
