Senior SAP Solution Manager Consultant (gn) / SAP Cloud ALM Consultant (gn)

In this role you drive SAP Cloud ALM in regulated life sciences environments, guiding transformation projects and ensuring audit-ready validation. You work closely with cross-functional teams to implement ALM, manage compliance and quality processes, and advance our SAP Cloud ALM offerings. You’ll enable project teams with best practices, while collaborating on innovative ALM and AI topics. The position combines hands-on implementation with advisory work in a Cloud-First SAP context.

• Einführung und Konfiguration von SAP Cloud ALM in S/4HANA-Projekten
• Beratung zu Best-Practice-Einsatz von SAP Cloud ALM
• Fokus auf Validierung & regulatorische Anforderungen (CSV, GxP)
• Optimierung von Application-Lifecycle-Prozessen
• Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung von ALM-Lösungen
• Beratung von Projektteams zur Nutzung von SAP Cloud ALM & unseres DHC Smart Validation Accelerators
• Integration der SAP Activate-Methodik in Projektstrukturen
• Arbeit an innovativen SAP Cloud ALM & KI-Themen
• Migration vom SAP Solution Manager und anderen ALM-Systemen zu SAP Cloud ALM
• Unterstützung bei Presales-Aktivitäten
• Enablement & Schulung von Key-Usern und Projektteams

• Erfahrung mit gängigen Tools im Application Lifecycle Management, wie Jira, SAP Solution Manager und/oder ServiceNow
• Verständnis für Application Lifecycle Prozesse
• Technische Affinität & Lust, SAP Cloud ALM hands-on zu implementieren
• Teamgeist & klare Kommunikation — intern wie extern
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens B2, idealerweise C1) und gutes Englisch
• Grundsätzliche Reisebereitschaft
• Wünschenswert: Kenntnisse im regulierten Umfeld (Life Sciences, CSV)
