This is an established SAP Business Partner and consultancy with around 260 employees, delivering S/4HANA and Treasury implementations to Mittelstand companies, corporate groups, banks, insurance firms, healthcare organisations, and public sector clients across Germany. The team operates in a flat structure with a direct line to leadership — no layers, no Betriebsrat.

They are explicit about something that most Treasury job descriptions are not: they know that full-spectrum SAP Treasury generalists are almost impossible to find, and they are not looking for one. They want experienced specialists who have built genuine depth in one or more Treasury areas. If that is you, there is currently no competition in their process — they have no senior Treasury candidates in pipeline at all.

THE ROLE

You will work across client implementations and advisory projects, advising on SAP Treasury in your area of specialism. Projects span Mittelstand clients through to corporate groups and public sector organisations. Travel is approximately 30% to client sites across Germany. The role is remote-first with team offices in Dortmund, Augsburg, and Chemnitz.

YOU WILL

• Advise clients on SAP Treasury implementation, configuration, and optimisation within your area of specialist knowledge
• Run workshops and training for client finance and treasury teams — in German
• Configure and customise SAP Treasury modules across client projects
• Manage workstreams across full project lifecycles, from requirements through go-live
• Contribute to UNIORG's treasury practice and Mittelstand client base

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years SAP Treasury consulting experience if based near Dortmund, Augsburg, or Chemnitz
• Minimum 10 years SAP Treasury consulting experience for fully remote candidates in other locations
• Deep, demonstrable expertise in at least one SAP Treasury module area
• Excellent German — workshops, client advisory, and project delivery are conducted in German. Business fluency is a hard requirement.
• Comfortable with approximately 30% travel to client sites across Germany

NOT REQUIRED

• Coverage of all SAP Treasury modules — specialist knowledge is explicitly sufficient
• ABAP or development skills
