Location: International Remote (open to qualified candidates worldwide)

Travel Availability: Frequent travel to the Dominican Republic and Germany

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior SAP WM Consultant with an IT Business Partner / Solution Architect mindset to join an international rollout project within a highly regulated Life Sciences / Medical Devices environment.

The selected professional will play a key role during Go-Live and Hypercare/Stabilization phases , ensuring the successful adoption of the global template at local sites and supporting warehouse and logistics operations throughout the rollout lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Act as SAP WM IT Business Partner and Solution Advisor during rollout activities.
• Support local deployment and adoption of the global SAP template.
• Perform fit-gap analysis between global and local business processes.
• Collaborate with global teams and business stakeholders.
• Validate functional designs and ensure alignment with existing solutions.
• Support:
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Go-Live activities
• Hypercare and stabilization phases
• Ensure the proper operation of warehouse, inventory, receiving, storage, and distribution processes.
• Work closely with integrated SAP modules, particularly MM, PP, and QM.
• Participate in decision-making and process optimization initiatives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience working with SAP WM.
• Participation in at least 2 end-to-end SAP implementations.
• Experience in international rollout projects.
• Proven experience supporting Go-Live and stabilization phases.
• Previous experience in roles such as:
• Functional Lead
• Solution Architect
• IT Business Partner
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management, inventory, and logistics processes.
• Ability to work with global stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.
• Availability for frequent international travel.
• Advanced English (C1 mandatory).
• Valid passport (mandatory).

Nice to Have

• Experience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, or Medical Devices industries.
• Experience working in regulated environments (GxP, Compliance, Validation).
• Experience with global templates and international deployments.
• Knowledge of integrated Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality processes.
• SAP EWM exposure is a plus.
