Senior Scientist - DEL (m/w/d)

Overview

A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Scientist (m/f/d) to join our growing DNA Encoded Library (DEL) team in Munich.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with multiple departments at Crelux and contribute to the successful execution of DEL screening campaigns.

Your responsibilities will include project planning, scientific supervision, data evaluation, and professional communication with clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scientific literature research relevant to ongoing and upcoming projects
• Design DEL screening projects, including experimental planning, documentation, and evaluation
• Analyze DEL data and prepare high-quality reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Communicate and discuss scientific results with clients in a professional and solution-oriented manner

Qualifications

• PhD in Biology, Biochemistry, Biophysics or a related field
• Extensive experience with DEL or other screening methods such as HTS, Fragment Screening and/or mRNA Display
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in the field of drug discovery, preferably in a CRO/CRDMO environment
• Structured, self-reliant and independent working style
• Creativity and high problem-solving skills
• Enjoy working in a team
• Good communication skills
• Fluent English language skills
