ON Behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a Senior SDR.

As a Senior SDR, you will play a crucial role in setting appointments with ICPs while earning a competitive package of €85k OTE plus a 2% revenue share. Proficiency in C2-level German is essential for this position. Aufgaben

Identify and qualify potential leads through research and outreach, focusing on German-speaking markets.
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
Utilize CRM tools to track lead progress and manage sales pipelines efficiently, ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting.
Contribute to team meetings and strategy sessions, providing insights and feedback on market trends and customer needs.

Qualifikation

Fluency in German at a C2 level, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven experience in a Senior Sales Development Representative or similar role, preferably within the staffing and recruiting industry.
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong understanding of go-to-market strategies.
Ability to work effectively in a small team environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced setting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
